Ticketing the Replacement

Our simple ticketing system keeps all next-day replacements on track. If your customer’s device breaks, enter it into the system and we’ll send them a new one. Once they receive their replacement, ship the broken device back to us and we’ll enter in the final receipt of arrival and close the ticket.

Easy Return

Replacement devices will always arrive on-site with a box and pre-printed return label so you can ship the broken device quickly and easily.
